I will respond to CCT within 3 business days when asked for information about this application or the proposed project

Senior leadership will meet with the CCT team at kickoff and at scheduled milestone reviews during the project

Our team will provide requested information and review draft deliverables within 5 business days unless a different timeline is agreed in writing

We will identify a Board Champion before project kickoff and keep that person engaged throughout the project

We will complete the short client feedback form within 10 business days after the project ends

We will participate in a follow up check in 6 months after the project ends
