10 Atlanta Nonprofit Consulting Projects Begin in Fall 2026
On September 19, CCT Atlanta opened its Fall 2026 cycle, bringing together 51 volunteer consultants and 10 nonprofit partners from across metro Atlanta. These Atlanta nonprofit consulting projects address priorities identified by each organization.
Over the coming weeks, each team will focus on a specific challenge identified by the nonprofit. The work ranges from financial planning and program evaluation to organizational growth, marketing, and long-term strategy.
CCT Atlanta provides pro bono consulting for Atlanta nonprofits by matching each organization with experienced professionals who can give a complex question the time and attention it deserves. Each project begins with listening and ends with practical recommendations the organization can use.

Meet the Fall 2026 Atlanta Nonprofit Consulting Projects
411 Brand Foundation is preparing to bring a proven youth program to four additional Atlanta Public Schools sites. Its CCT team will help turn what already works into a practical expansion plan, including staffing, financial assumptions, and meaningful ways to measure progress.
Breakthrough Atlanta is exploring whether a fee-for-service model can support its college-preparation work while protecting access for families who have historically received the program at no cost. The team will study comparable models and develop options that balance financial strength with the organization’s mission.
After meeting the goals in its previous plan, Divas Who Win is ready for its next chapter. The project will help the organization create a realistic three-year strategy, set priorities, and build a clear roadmap for putting the plan into action.
Grove Park Foundation is developing a go-to-market strategy for a new site. The team will help identify priority audiences, sharpen the organization’s message, and outline a practical approach to marketing and community engagement.
HOPE Atlanta wants a clearer, more consistent way to understand and communicate the results of its services. The project will focus on a practical evaluation framework, with useful measures for client outcomes, housing stability, self-sufficiency, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Out Front Theatre Company is taking a closer look at its financial future. The team will review past performance, develop forecasts and multi-year projections, examine the organization’s funding mix, and help align its budget with long-term priorities.
Pebble Tossers is exploring how to extend youth service opportunities to more schools and under-resourced communities while preserving its existing membership model. The project will compare several financial approaches and help the board consider a sustainable path forward.
South Fork Conservancy is rethinking corporate partnership beyond traditional sponsorship. The team will explore ways to connect business support with employee engagement, volunteering, and the Conservancy’s programs while building a more diverse and sustainable base of corporate relationships.
Southern Education Foundation has a five-year strategic plan and now wants a shorter-term roadmap that makes the work easier to carry out. The project will translate that strategy into a focused two- to three-year plan, supported by a logic model and practical implementation tools.
Demand for Wealthy Habits programs now reaches about 2,000 students, with additional interest from outside the United States. The team will assess options such as training other instructors and licensing the curriculum, then recommend a growth path that the organization’s small staff can realistically support.
Work that starts with listening
Kickoff is the beginning of the work. Each team will now spend time understanding its nonprofit partner, reviewing information, speaking with stakeholders, and testing its assumptions.
The goal is to leave every organization with clear analysis, useful tools, and next steps that fit how its leaders and staff actually work.
Thank you to the 51 volunteers, nonprofit leaders, team leads, and CCT liaisons taking part in the Fall 2026 cycle. We look forward to sharing what the teams learn and accomplish in the months ahead.
Special thanks to SEI Atlanta, an extraordinary partner to CCT. SEI continues to welcome our teams into its Atlanta office and provide the space and resources that make CCT meetings and events possible. We are grateful for their longstanding support.
