Commitment and Team Structure
Our volunteer projects span approximately 10 weeks, with an expected weekly commitment of 4-8 hours. Each project is delivered by dedicated teams consisting of 4-6 consultants. This structure ensures a collaborative environment that maximizes both impact and learning.
